The dress has an off-the-shoulder neckline, long bell sleeves with a ruffle around the elbow, and a long, lightly pleated A-line skirt. It has an elastic bodice. The top of the dress features a spiral pattern in vibrant colors. The ruffle and hem of the sleeves and the skirt are black. Comes with a matching head wrap.

The dress is 53” in length with 20” sleeves. The bust and waist measure 28” flat and will stretch up to 56”. Made in India of 100% cotton
