Returns/Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Requests received within 3 business days after a delivery will qualify for a refund via original payment method or store credit (with $5 added :-) ). If the request is received 4-7 days after delivery, a refund will be processed via STORE CREDIT ONLY!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (bathing suits, underwear) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To request a refund or exchange, contact us at customerservice@shopretailexpo.com within 7 days with title message "Refund Request".
The request must include the order number and reason for return. Due to our use of multiple vendors, the return location varies. Depending on the item, a return label will be provided or the buyer will return on their own If items are damaged during shipping we are not at fault.
Refunds and exchanges will be issued, less original and return shipping costs (if label was provided by us); once we receive the item(s) back, and only if the item(s) is/are in good condition; the returned item must be received by us within 7 days of request. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of product receipt.
