Our colorful tie-dye cascade dress has a gathered bodice at the bust with a flirty cascade of ruffles down the center front of the dress. It can be worn strapless or tied around the neck, and it has an elastic back panel for an adjustable fit. This dress is made from our popular star-burst tie-dye sarongs.
