This vibrant garment is made from our Nebula sarongs and can be worn as a top or skirt. The ties in front can be worn as a decorative bow for a strapless look, or as a tie around the neck. It has a variable-length, handkerchief hem and an elastic (shirred) back for an adjustable fit. This top/skirt comes in a variety of colors.
