Payment Options, Cancellation, Shipping Terms, & Refund Policy

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept payments through Paypal (including credit & debit), CashApp, Sezzle, and QuadPay. You don't need a Paypal account to make debit and credit card payments. On the Paypal website, scroll to the bottom and choose "Pay with debit/credit card". Your payment receipt will be emailed to the email address you entered by Paypal. With Quadpay and Sezzle you can make your payment in 4 installments.

CANCELLATIONS

ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED, THEY CANNOT BE CANCELED! After delivery,  returns and exchanges can be processed. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-7 business days for processing before all shipment. The fulfillment email is a part of the processing period; tracking information will be sent once products are en route **PLEASE BE ADVISED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ISSUES WITH THE COURIER; ONCE DROPPED OFF WITH COURIER, WE ATTAIN NO RESPONSIBILITIES. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT THE COURIER OR ROUTE (IF ADDED DURING CHECKOUT)**

Flat Rate Shipping

(~3-10 business days)

INTERNATIONAL:

Flat Rate Shipping (~10-25 business days)

Standard Shipping (~6-10 business days)

Expedited Shipping (~3-5 business days)

Please keep in mind that changes to these shipping costs can occur depending on circumstances. Delivery times for items are different. Some might take the regular 3-10 business days, while others can take up to 20 business days depending on current stock and manufacturer's location. In addition, please allow between 1 and 7 days for processing before shipping out. If you need something expedited, please contact us as well and we will do our best to have it expedited.

At S&E Retail Expo, we aim to provide accurate descriptions and real photos of every item we sell. Your satisfaction matters to us — but so does fairness. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

DO NOT PLACE CHARGEBACKS WITH YOUR BANK BEFORE CONTACTING US WITH ANY ORDER ISSUES. PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RESPONSE, AND PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF NECESSARY. PLEASE BE ADVISED THESE TERMS ARE SHOWN AS ACCEPTED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED.


Returns Are Accepted If:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description or photos.

You received the wrong item.

The item “wasn’t what I expected” despite accurate photos and descriptions- views are subjective.

Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to lighting, monitor settings, or natural product variations


We encourage all customers to read descriptions thoroughly and review product photos carefully before purchasing. If you have additional questions before purchasing, do not hesitate to contact as customerservice@shopretailexpo.com.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Requests received within 3 days after a delivery will qualify for a refund via original payment method or store credit (with $5 added :-) ). If the request is received 4-7 days after delivery, a refund will be processed via STORE CREDIT ONLY!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (bathing suits, underwear) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To request a refund or exchange, contact us at customerservice@shopretailexpo.com within 7 days with title message "Refund Request".

The request must include the order number and reason for return. Due to our use of multiple vendors, the return location varies. Depending on the item, a return label will be provided or the buyer will return on their own If items are damaged during shipping we are not at fault. 

Refunds and exchanges will be issued, less original and return shipping costs (if label was provided by us); once we receive the item(s) back, and only if the item(s) is/are in good condition; the returned item must be received by us within 7 days of request. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of product receipt.
