Payment Options, Cancellation, Shipping Terms, & Refund Policy

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept payments through Paypal (including credit & debit), CashApp, Shop Pay, Sezzle, and QuadPay. You don't need a Paypal account to make debit and credit card payments. On the Paypal website, scroll to the bottom and choose "Pay with debit/credit card". Your payment receipt will be emailed to the email address you entered by Paypal. With Quadpay and Sezzle you can make your payment in 4 installments.

Shipping Policy

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been fulfilled and dropped off with the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Delivery status, transit issues, or claims for lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages must be raised directly with the carrier using your tracking details.

S&E Retail Expo is not responsible for carrier transit performance, delivery delays, or loss of packages after the parcel has been accepted by the carrier. We will support customer-initiated carrier claims where possible, but final resolution with the carrier remains the purchaser’s responsibility.

Your tracking information is provided once the order ships. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery inquiries.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

At S&E Retail Expo, we offer thoughtfully curated merchandise designed for discerning customers. To preserve the integrity of our collections and ensure fairness across all orders, we maintain a clearly defined return and refund policy. We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully prior to purchase.

By completing an order on shopretailexpo.com, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms below.

Store Credit Exclusively

All approved refunds are issued exclusively as store credit (initial shipping fee not included).

Refunds are not provided to the original form of payment under any circumstances.

As a gesture of appreciation, an additional $5 store credit is added to each approved return.

Store credit:

·         Holds no cash value

·         Is non-transferable

·         May be redeemed only on shopretailexpo.com

 

Eligibility for Store Credit

Store credit is considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

·         The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

·         The request is submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery

·         The item is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

·         The return has been approved in writing by our Customer Care team prior to shipment

Requests submitted outside the 3-day window will not be reviewed or approved.

 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory-control reasons, the following categories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

·         Swimwear

·         Personal care or beauty products

·         Intimate or sanitary items

·         Gift cards

·         Digital or downloadable products

·         Perishable goods

·         Hazardous or flammable materials

These items are non-returnable once delivered. No exceptions will be made.

 

Non-Qualifying Return Requests

Store credit is not issued for:

·         Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

·         Preference-based concerns (“not what I expected”)

·         Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, screen display, or natural product variation

·         Items accurately represented through product descriptions and imagery

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before placing an order.

 

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped in accordance with the instructions provided by our team.

·         Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

·         Unauthorized or unsolicited returns may be refused and returned to sender

 

Requesting a Return

To request a return, contact customerservice@shopretailexpo.com within 3 days of delivery and include:

·         Your order number

·         A brief description of the issue

·         Clear photos, if applicable

Once received and inspected, approved store credit (including the additional $5) will be issued within 7 business days.

 

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We value direct communication and resolution.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in:

·         Denial of store credit eligibility

·         Account limitations or permanent restriction

·         Submission of this policy, proof of delivery, and transaction records to the payment processor

This policy is used as formal documentation in all dispute reviews.

 

Policy Acceptance

Completion of checkout constitutes full acceptance of this Refund & Store Credit Policy.
