Items are mainly shipped via USPS PRIORITY, GROUND ADVANTAGE, FEDEX, OR UPS . Please be advised that we are not responsible for courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) error or delays once dropped off with courier.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Orders are shipped within 3 business days (does not include Saturdays/Sundays). Any orders placed after 5 pm eastern is considered a next business day order.
Once an order has been fulfilled and dropped off with the selected shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
Delivery status, transit issues, or claims for lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages must be raised directly with the carrier using your tracking details.
S&E Retail Expo is not responsible for carrier transit performance, delivery delays, or loss of packages after the parcel has been accepted by the carrier. We will support customer-initiated carrier claims where possible, but final resolution with the carrier remains the purchaser’s responsibility.
