This comfortable garment is made from patchwork fabric and can be worn as a top or skirt. It has a fully elastic bodice with a drawstring tie in the front that can be worn as a decorative bow for a strapless look, or as a tie around the neck. It has a variable-length, handkerchief hem for that added flair!
